Left page: two sections, each folded separately. The folded top page fastens to the one underneath. The folded lower page fastens to the page in the main section of the book.Right page: a dot of glue underneath at the point.
I've been using the fold to construct pocket pages: just attach the folded page to the next one following (paper clip, brad, eyelet etc) and run a line of glue underneath the bottom fold - then the top portion becomes a great pocket!
